1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website at gomassage123.com or by walking into Sunny Thai Massage & Spa at 6100 Seminole Blvd, Seminole, FL 33772, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to every guest, every visit, regardless of session length or service type. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with the most recent version always available on this page.
2. Walk-In Service Conditions
Sunny Thai Massage & Spa is a walk-in massage spa serving Seminole, Largo, Pinellas Park, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and surrounding cities. We do not require advance bookings, deposits, or membership. Wait times depend on the day and hour, typically 0 to 25 minutes. We reserve the right to decline service to any guest at our discretion, including for reasons of intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or any condition that would make safe massage service impossible. All sessions are conducted in fully private enclosed rooms with proper draping at all times during the session.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our standard pricing is $50 for a 30-minute session and $70 for a 60-minute session, flat rate, with no peak-hour upcharges or surge pricing. Payment is collected at the front desk after the session and accepted in cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Pricing is subject to change; the price displayed at our front desk on the day of your visit is the price that applies to your session. We do not offer refunds on completed sessions.
4. Health Considerations and Disclaimer
Massage at Sunny Thai Massage & Spa is intended for general relaxation and stress relief. By receiving services, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, recent injuries, allergies, pregnancy considerations, or skin conditions to our front desk and to your therapist. Massage is not a substitute for medical care or professional medical advice. If you have any medical condition that may be affected by massage, please consult your doctor before receiving massage at our Seminole spa or any spa. Information on our website is provided for general guidance and is not medical advice.
5. Late Arrivals and Session Length
Since we are a walk-in spa, late arrivals rarely affect anything. If you arrive later than expected, you will simply wait until the next available room opens. If you must cut a session short for any reason, just let your therapist know at the start and they will adjust the session accordingly. There is never a late fee or cancellation penalty for walk-in guests. If you booked a specific therapist by phone at (727) 289-7609, please call ahead if you will be more than 15 minutes late.
6. Liability and Assumption of Risk
By receiving services at Sunny Thai Massage & Spa, you acknowledge that massage involves physical contact with trained therapists and may carry minor risks such as muscle soreness or, very rarely, mild bruising. You assume these ordinary risks. Sunny Thai Massage & Spa, its owners, and its therapists are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs as a result of services received at our Seminole spa, except in cases of gross negligence. You agree to communicate openly with your therapist about pressure, discomfort, or any concern during the session.
7. Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
Sunny Thai Massage & Spa maintains a professional, respectful environment at all times. Guests are expected to behave courteously toward staff and other guests. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or any conduct that creates discomfort for our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from our spa. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest at any time, with full discretion of management, and without obligation to provide a reason.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the gomassage123.com website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Sunny Thai Massage & Spa and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Our brand name, logo, and visual identity are trademarks of Sunny Thai Massage & Spa.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from services received at Sunny Thai Massage & Spa shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida. By using our website or visiting our spa at 6100 Seminole Blvd, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
