Combination Massage at Sunny Massage & Spa is the most flexible service on our menu. Your therapist blends elements from Thai, Swedish, and Deep Tissue techniques into one session — adjusting the mix based on what your body actually needs that day. Some Thai-style stretching on tight hamstrings or hips. Swedish flowing strokes through the back and shoulders. Firmer Deep Tissue work on the specific knot you mentioned at check-in.
This is the right service when you want a bit of everything rather than committing to a single technique. About 25 percent of our repeat regulars in Seminole settle into Combination as their default after trying our other services individually. The customized blend often serves bodies better than any single style because most weeks have a mix of needs.
Who Combination Massage is for
Pick Combination if you have multiple things going on — tight hamstrings AND general stress AND a specific shoulder knot, for example. Also good for return guests who have tried our other services and now know which elements they want in their personal mix. First-time guests can pick Combination too — just tell the therapist what your body is feeling at check-in and they will design the session around that.
What a 60-minute Combination session covers
The therapist starts with a quick conversation. Where does your body need work today? Any specific tight zones? Stretching welcome or skip? Then the session designs around those answers. A typical 60-minute Combination might be 15 minutes of Thai-style stretching on legs and hips, 25 minutes of Swedish flowing strokes covering back and shoulders, and 20 minutes of Deep Tissue focused work on whichever zone needs the most attention. The mix shifts week to week as your body's needs shift.
30-minute Combination sessions focus on 1 to 2 priority zones with whichever technique fits them. Faster, more targeted, same flexibility on technique choice.
Pricing — honest and flat
$50 for 30 minutes, $70 for 60 minutes. Same flat pricing as all our other services — Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Relaxation. No combination premium. Cash and major credit cards accepted. Tipping is voluntary.
What to expect when you walk in
Front desk asks duration and confirms Combination. You pay up front. Therapist walks you to a private closing-door room and briefly asks what your body needs today. They step out while you undress to your comfort level. Sheets cover everything not currently being worked. Session begins with whichever technique fits the most pressing need. Total visit time is about 75 minutes for a 60-minute Combination.
