Pressure is fully adjustable throughout the session, so even if the initial pick isn't perfect, your therapist will adjust on the spot when you say something feels too firm or too light.
Will the therapist judge my body?
No. Therapists see every body type all day, every day, year after year. They have no opinion about how anyone looks. The only thing they care about is whether the pressure feels right and whether you're comfortable. Most first-time guests are surprised how completely non-judgmental the whole experience is. You stay covered with clean sheets the entire time anyway — only the area being worked on is uncovered briefly, then re-covered before moving on.
What if I'm too nervous to undress?
Just stay dressed. Wear loose clothes you don't mind getting a little oil on, and your therapist will work over them.
